Hello...Monday

Happy Monday! 

It's actually a beautiful day in the neighborhood today!  I just got back from my afternoon walk to the drugs store, through the county park.  All the loonies are out sunning themselves on the county park lawn, and the police forces are out on their quad vehicles.  Oh my God, they look so stupid.  I'm sorry, but when I saw them, I had to laugh out loud.  They look like kids Big Wheels. 

I had an okay weekend-nothing really exciting, but I did go to the famous Wendy's in San Jose. 

You know, the Wendy's where that woman planted a severed human finger in her chili?  To tell you the truth, I'm not a fan of chili, but just thinking about having a bowl of chili after that woman said she bit into it, makes the thought of even buying a bowl creepy.  No, chili for me--I was craving a chocolate frosty!

 

We went through the drive thru-the lady at the window was overly happy and excited to see us.  It was interesting.  We passed this Wendy's after dropping off one of my daughter's friends home.  I now know a new route to get through downtown San Jose, and to my merriment, it went directly to the new mall I was hoping to go to. 

Sunday I woke up with a terrible migraine headache.  It felt like one of those hangover headaches, but..it wasn't.  No drinking was done the night previous.  I hate those headaches where you feel completely nauseous and you just want to sleep all day.  I did manage to get Andrew to go to church with me Sunday night, and I met my friend Angela and her daughter in the parking lot.  It was nice catching up between the sermon with her-I hadn't seen her in awhile. 

It's Spring outside...first day of Spring is due on the 21st..  Awww...my favorite time of year.  (Thanks Lisa Jo for the following tag!)
