More Memes

It's Saturday night, and I finally have domain over my computer, and my brain is so fried, I can't really think of anything to write about, so here are some  Memes that were swiped by Cin and Dawn..  Feel free to play along..

Here's Cin's:

1. What is the first thing you did?  Woke up to see my 3 year old's cherub's face two inches from my face.  "Wake up mommy!"  I don't remember exactly what I did, but I think I kissed his little cheeks.

2. What was the first thing you ate?  Oh gosh, I was in a hurry early this morning to go to the grocery store.  I think I ate a half of a frosted sugar cookie I had made the night before.

3. Who was the first person you spoke to?  That would be my three year old, Nicholas, WHO NEVER SLEEPS IN on the weekends, followed by my husband.

4. What was the first thing you thought of?  Ugggh...  I'm so tierd!  I wish this kid would sleep another hour!  Oh my tierd and sore bones!  I really am thinking that I need an exercise class of some type.  I feel so unflexible and sore in the morning---so old!

5. What gave you your first smile?  My son Nicholas.  It can be annoying how early he wakes me up on a Saturday morning, but he told me "I love you Mommy."

6. What is the first thing you did for yourself? Paid a visit to the bathroom and did my business, then took a shower, combed out my hair and braided it, got dressed, and headed to the grocery store.

7. What is the first thing you did for someone else? Umm...  Got Nick something to drink, and went out to the grocer store to buy food and morning donuts for the crew at how--mos of whom were still in bed, enjoying a nice morning slumber.

Here's Dawns:

If you were throwing an 80s themed slumber party...

1. What movies would you show?

Pretty In Pink, Ghostbusters & Risky Business (whoohoo).

2. What kind of food would you serve?

Pizza, Dr. Pepper, Pop Rocks & Jelly Bellies...

3. Which childhood friends and crushes would you reminisce about?

My nerdy girlfriends, and the unattainable surfer dudes I thought were cute.  They were pretty stupid, but cute.  Oh, and the Italian exchange student in my French class.

4. Which trends and fads would you lament most?

Oh the Boy George hair.. ha ha ha..  The cute flats, the leggings, big shirts, tight jeans with zippers; the ribbons in the hair, and those serious wide belts..  Oh, and don't forget the bangles, and rubber black bracelets, and serious black eyeliner!

5. What board or card games would you incorporate?

Uno, and Life..  Risk, may be some Monopoly.

Okay, I just watched Hubby take his chocolate milk mug with him to bed.  I'm pretty tierd myself..  Have a wonderful weekend!

What was an Italian exchange student doing in a French class? Shouldn't they go to France to learn French!
