I came across the following story-please read it if you can! I love stories like these:

How is the mid-week treating you? It's an early work day for me. I need to take my youngest to his doctor appointment so he can start kindergarten in the Fall. Hoping to catch up on a few errands as well. One of them is downloading pictures to print.
This last weekend was a good one--busy but good. Saturday was spent with my husband's family at a barbecue, and Sunday was spent at a baptism with my father's side of the family. It's always nice to see the cousins and the aunts. I will try and post a few pictures later. Perhaps when I get a moment's rest.. Who knows when that will happen, I know.
Here at work, they still haven't told us directly on who is going to filling in the receptionist slot now that our lovely receptionist is gone. Management just tells us that they are "working on it" but nothing new yet; I just know that it isn't going to be me. This is a good thing. The retired receptionist still has her box of rubber ducks waiting for her. She is supposed to come in to pick up a check this Friday. We shall see.

What a wonderful story! This is enchanting in itself as it wasn't about money, just someone doing a good deed for a stranger. I think it's awesome all the cabbies got a concert of their own. (Hugs) Indigo
How wonderful to hear about an honest cab driver.
You could take the duckies and put them in a fountain and watch them float. lol
